Rachelle, Owner/Stylist

Hi. My name is Rachelle Yarnell, owner of The Studio Salon Group. I am a small town girl with big city dreams and you’ll see these facets of me in the locations of my studios; two in the heart of Cleveland (Downtown and Ohio City), and one in the country (Garrettsville.) I’ve been in the salon business since 2006 as an educator, stylist, and owner. I love my work and hopefully this is reflected in the experience you’ll have at any of The Studio locations.

I am equally passionate about both aspects of my career as Owner/Stylist. As a female business owner, I love the entrepreneurial adventure, honing my leadership skills, curating our guests' experience, and connecting with the larger community. As a stylist, I thrive on the creativity and relationships I have with each guest that walks through the salon doors. I am energized and inspired daily by both hats I wear!

Early in my career I was an Educator for Paul Mitchell Salons and this foundation of learning remains embedded in The Salon’s culture. We keep up with trends, understand our products, and embrace important movements in the industry such as sustainability. Learning goes hand in hand with listening, both to our guests and the world around us. We take it all in to create a welcoming, uplifting experience for our guests.

  • Eleana Murphy

    STYLIST

    After spending time in Florida, Eleana found her way back to Cleveland and back behind the chair at The Studio Salon Downtown.

    Eleana is a versatile stylist who takes pride in excellent work, attention to detail, and creating a great experience for every guest. Her specialties include custom color, women’s and men’s cuts, tape-in and hand-tied extensions, and beautiful blowouts.

    She also has a passion for bridal and special-event styling and loves being part of the moments that matter most to her guests.

    Whether you’re looking for everyday great hair, added length and volume, or the perfect style for a special occasion, Eleana welcomes new guests to her chair in Cleveland’s Warehouse District.

  • Morgan McGary

    Stylist

    Morgan moved to Cleveland from the Pittsburgh area to pursue her passion for the beauty industry. With a background in hospitality, she understands that a great salon visit is about more than beautiful hair—it’s about creating a great guest experience from start to finish.

    Newer to The Studio Salon Downtown, Morgan is excited to grow her career and become part of the service community in Cleveland’s Warehouse District.

    From women’s cuts and color to a beautiful blowout for a night out or special event, Morgan brings fresh energy and a welcoming touch to every appointment.

    Alexis brings a fresh approach to The Studio Salon, with a passion for helping guests achieve hair that not only looks beautiful, but feels healthy too.

    One of her strengths is creating a great women’s haircut and polished blowout, making her a perfect choice whether you need a fresh new shape, a little self-care, or beautiful hair before a weekend in Cleveland.

    Alexis especially enjoys conditioning and restorative treatments that bring back shine, softness, and manageability. She believes healthy hair is the foundation for great hair and loves helping guests find the right services and treatments for their individual needs.

    With evening and weekend availability, Alexis is a great fit for guests looking for appointments outside the traditional workday.

    As the owner of The Studio Salons and Facet Salon & Day Spa, Rachelle continues to work behind the chair while leading and growing her salon companies. She is passionate about creating beautiful, wearable hair and giving her guests the energy, connection, and experience that have kept her loving this industry for decades.

    Education remains at the heart of her career. As a longtime Paul Mitchell National Educator, Rachelle continues to train, learn, teach, and bring new ideas back to her teams and guests.

    Her commitment to entrepreneurship is just as strong. Through her work with JumpStart and Cleveland’s business community, she continues to strengthen her company, develop the next generation of salon leaders, and build toward the future.

    Rachelle is especially passionate about Cleveland and its continued growth. She believes salons can be an important part of vibrant neighborhoods—places where people work, connect, celebrate, and build careers.
